By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that company. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not need a physical or digital signature.

2. Using the website

You may view, download and print pages for your personal or internal business use, and share links to them. You must not:

• use the website in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system, or interfere with its security or performance;
• send viruses, malware, spam or automated requests, or scrape or copy content in bulk;
• submit false, misleading, offensive or harmful information through our forms, or impersonate another person or organisation;
• copy our content, design or branding to present it as your own.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website, or any part of it, at any time for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

3. Enquiries, calls and quotes

• Our discovery call and Zoho CRM health check are free and carry no obligation for either side. Advice we give at this stage is a general recommendation based on the information you share, not a guarantee of results.
• Prices, budgets, timelines and outcomes mentioned on the website or in early conversations are indicative only.
• A quote or proposal is valid for the period stated on it, or 30 days if no period is stated. It becomes binding only when both parties sign a written agreement or statement of work.
• Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or any obligation for us to provide services.

4. Our services

We provide Zoho CRM implementation, artificial intelligence solutions, custom software development, cloud services, mobile app development and market research. Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which sets out the scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, timelines, ownership of work and support. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes priority.

5. Our products

Software products we offer, such as Suad Survey, are provided under their own terms of use and privacy policy, which you accept when you sign up. These website terms do not govern your use of those products.

6. Information you send us

When you send us information through the website, by email or on a call, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We will treat business information you share during an enquiry as confidential and use it only to assess and respond to your request. Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy.

Please do not send us passwords, financial account details or other sensitive information through the website. If we need access to your systems for a health check or project, we will agree a secure way to do it.

7. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, illustrations, animations, logos, the "Ariventa" name and the code behind the site, belong to Ariventa or are used with permission, and are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Except as allowed in section 2, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute or republish any of it without our written permission.

8. Third-party services and trademarks

The website may link to or embed third-party services, such as call-booking tools, WhatsApp and Google services. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Zoho, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Claude and other product names mentioned on the website are trademarks of their respective owners. We mention them only to describe the technologies we work with, and doing so does not imply endorsement beyond any partnership we expressly state.

9. Disclaimer

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" for general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, or that its content is complete or current.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ariventa, its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use this website or from relying on its content. Our liability for paid services is set out only in the written agreement for those services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud.

11. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Ariventa for any loss, damage or reasonable legal costs we suffer because you breached these terms or misused the website.

12. Privacy and cookies

How we collect and use personal data is explained in our privacy policy, and how we use cookies is explained in our cookie policy. Both form part of these terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, we will first try in good faith to resolve it through discussion within 30 days of either side raising it in writing. If it is not resolved, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. General

• Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its effective date, applies each time you use the website.
• Severability. If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we can still enforce it later.
• Entire agreement. These terms, with the privacy and cookie policies, are the whole agreement between you and us about use of the website.
